i am happy to welcome the lovely ladies of nice package! i don't know about you, but i loooove the small ways to inspire + create. it's all in the details, right?

ez + marichelle

what inspires you? we are inspired by so many things. magazines, textures, colors, music, laughter, kindness, our customers.

how and when did your business begin? nice package was started by ez in april of 2009. she relocated to the east coast + later that summer we decided to combine forces and build nice package as a business together.  we first met and became friends through our blogs so it seemed natural to work together on something we were both so passionate about.

what is your favorite part about what you do? the best thing about owning our own business is that every day we get to wake up and do something we love and work with customers who are the best. there is nothing more rewarding than that!

why packaging materials? we both love the creativity that is possible with packaging.  visual presentation is something that we are all exposed to on a constant daily basis. from packaging at the grocery store, driving our desire to purchase one item over the other to beautifully wrapped gifts, the ones you can't wait to open first.  the idea that so much is possible with just the smallest touches of creativity is really inspiring to us.

share an interesting fact about yourselves. ez likes to bust out dance moves in the car while driving {more than a little embarrassing for her passengers}. marichelle is an excellent cook and has a way of turning the simplest ingredients into a scrumptious feast!

read any good books lately? unfortunately we have both been so busy with nice package that we haven't found any time for reading recently. however, while packaging our supplies we regularly have the chance to catch up on some of our favorite shows. they include: dexter, heroes, fringe, project runway + the real housewives.
